I know you might find this hard to believe. But it’s true. Sleep is better than chocolate cake. It’s as delicious as that chocolatey mound of … well, chocolate, and cake and frosting. And it’s 1000 times better for you
When we have a quest fam, it’s easy to fall for doing the gestures thing. You know doing something that looks like you’re doing so much. Like in our study it’s easy to think … I’ll be really hench and be up really late and cut back on my sleep because I’m sacrificing everything. Doing whatever it takes to succeed

Try making gym gains without much sleep and see how that goes! The same rule applies for gains in your studies, fam! Sometimes you gotta keep your eyes on the books. And sometimes you gotta keep them under your eyelids and under wraps!
Sleep is when your brain decides to discard or retain. The time when it puts the garbage out
Have you ever done a big clean up after a long time? You end up throwing almost everything out cos it’s too much work to go through everything to check exactly what it is and decide if you’ll ever need it again. You just wanna clear some space again cos you know there’ll be new stuff landing on you every day
Sleep is when our renewal and growth of cells takes place. It keeps us able to focus and concentrate, keeps our emotions and stress handling ability in working order and maintains our ability to make complex decisions, problem solve, and be creative
Think about it. You wanna prepare for a big exam, and a key part of your strategy is to cut down on your ability to problem solve and be creative? Have another slice of chocolate cake, fam!
